Lily Mahon is a licensed pediatric Occupational Therapist who earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University and her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Elmhurst University.
Lily uses a warm, play-based approach to help children build meaningful skills through connection and joy. She is experienced in primitive reflex integration strategies to support neurological development and improve motor coordination. Lily also works closely with children to support their unique sensory processing profiles, helping them better regulate and engage with their environment. She is passionate about helping children develop self-regulation skills and build confidence in themselves and their abilities. Collaboration with families is central to her approach, ensuring that each child feels supported both in and out of the therapy space.
Outside of work, Lily enjoys reading, staying active, and sipping good coffee. When it’s time to unwind, she loves watching Gilmore Girls and spending time with friends and family.
